Over the many years of designing websites, I have experienced great technical support. But after working with Zahid Iqbal, the previous support pales in comparison. I have never experienced anyone as dedicated to helping me get my technology issues resolved. Because the WooCommerce shop was new to me, there were several elements I needed more intense support with. We started out chatting, but to best demonstrate how the store worked, Zahid suggested we work via Skype, both in a call and his taking over the screen to demonstrate. He also went behind the scenes and fixed things that were beyond my skill level in the code and permalinks. I will try not to be overly enthusiastic about MZ as you will not believe me, but that is going to be very difficult BECAUSE Zahid is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. His level of professionalism is unsurpassed . Zahid goes above and beyond what is asked of him to the point where I actually feel guilty.
